Terms of Service
Payment must be made up-front1I will try to estimate how long it will take me to finish a commission, but I cannot always guarantee the time-frame will be 100% accurate. I will keep you updated if it changes and I will contact you at various points during the commission process for feedback and editsArt commissions may have up to 2 changes during the sketch stage and 1 during the line-art/clean-up stage. An edit to line-art may only be made to fix mistakes and will not be a large compositional change. Once the art is finished, only the colors can be editedAny additions/large changes made to art beyond what I have listed in this agreement will require additional feesTwitch assets can be used for monetized streams and videosOther art commissions may not be used for monetized purposes unless discussed beforehand which may incur an additional feeMy art may not be used for merchandise, logos, or NFTsNo N.S.F.WI have the right to refuse commissions for any reasonCommissions are digital goods only and will not be shipped to a physical address(Partial) refunds are available for unfinished commissions only1 We may be able to work around this if necessary, but payment must always be completed before I send the finished commission
